YOUnite Enterprise® is based on open standards such as XML, REST and J2EE. Using YOUnite Enterprise®, developers and service providers can connect their services or enable their clients and devices to connect to a YOUnite® enabled system using YOUnite Enterprise® API’s.
YOUnite Enterprise® is a set of application programming interfaces (API’s) and reference implementations designed to allow companies or organizations to integrate YOUnite® services into an existing system or service.
Partners can license any or all of these components that make up the
YOUnite Enterprise.
Once YOUnite® is enabled, users can connect to each other and set permissions on data and files they want to share and maintain. Using YOUnite Enterprise®, the developer has complete control of where the users’ data is stored; YOUnite Enterprise® merely facilities the user's or organization's defined permissions to the data.
